Have been with emoney for a few years now. However, recently had to refinance and worked with Tracy. Super efficient, friendly and went above and beyond in her role. We have had several loans that use EMoney as their web server. But it is sometimes hard to figure out what is due to the underlying funder rather than the EMoney service. Getting the right underlying funder is more important, but generally the EMoney site works well and they seem to have improved and increased their services recently. I was pleased to get a sympathetic ear from Jordan Parks, Customer Service Officer when I called about problems I was having with my Adelaide Bank login etc. He offered to ask for a lower rate on our loan and to my surprise followed up 2 weeks later with a phone call and email saying that they had organised a reduction for us. - Thanks Jordan.

Extremely happy with my loan and assistance given by Jordan Parks - I didn't need to wait on the phone; my query was handled with ease and professionalism. Jordan Parks advised of a rate reduction months before I had requested and advised that this would be an ongoing request, of which I have no doubt, will be handled in a timely manner. Very happy with the loan package and service - again, I would definitely recommend this company.

Customer service is an under valued skill. Matt handled my complex issue with equal parts EQ and IQ in the form of empathy, consideration and practical action. We were looking to setup an offset account linking to the existing mortgage account (Emoney). We were told by the service consultant that this option was not available with our existing lender. They mentioned that they could get one of their lending specialists to call us & discuss our options forward. Within couple of days of that call, Keegan Walker contacted us. He suggested that we could look at refinancing our existing mortgage with another Emoney lender to avail the offset account. We agreed to go by his suggestion. He not only got us an offset account but also secured a lower interest rate product. He was clear in understanding our needs and his service is impeccable. After a very shaky start my issue was resolved by Gina Anderson.Team Leader. great result as a team leader. The stars are for Gina, not so was the lender I was exiting or the discharge teams involved who couldn't read and who didn't check their contract conditions before settling the refinance and checking a 12 year old loan contract conditions. For these teams a negative star would be applicable for the stress caused because they took $18 k too much and took nearly 3 weeks to read the contract, once Gina received the correct payout instructions my cash was back overnight ! ! Sadly the new bank stuffed their side up also ! Will be glad of the day I don't need to deal with financiers any more !

We've been happy with eMoney's service. Marie Tucker assisted us in undertaking a rate review, and as a result our rate was lowered by 0.3%. Our rate is still higher than competitor rates, but we were happy with their responsiveness, so on balance we have chosen to keep our loan with them and we trust they will continue to lower it to match the market in time.

I've been with E-money with 3 properties now and they are great! recently I was contact by Menandro Perkins from emoney they worked out an even cheaper interest rate without any prompting, this kind of service you just don't get from any other bank or lender and I've been with many !
